All of our gourmet coffees at Boca Java are roasted exclusively with the top 2% of specialty grade Arabica beans sourced from coffee regions around the World. We take pride in our vast selection of gourmet coffees offering our customers the opportunity to taste and experience the individual nuances that each coffee region produces. The coffee regions from which we source our specialty grade Arabica coffees are: Central America, South America, Africa and Island Nations.

Ripe Arabica beans (called cherries) are harvested once per year.
Beans are then pulped, washed and dried in the tropical sun.
Dried beans are shipped to our Denver roastery in burlap sacks.
Our Roastmasters roast the beans at high altitude for more flavor.
Then, we bag our beans to keep fresh but still allow for degassing.
