Shipping Policy
Freshness is of utmost importance to us-that's why we only roast your coffee AFTER you place an order. Once an order is placed, the status of the order is marked as "roasting" until it physically ships. You have the opportunity to select the earliest available ship date or alternatively, you can choose a later shipping date if you wish. You also have the opportunity to select either UPS or USPS for delivery service in the contiguous United States. However, we only offer USPS Priority to our customers in AK, HI, GU, PR, VI and those with Post Office boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
For expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select), shipping charges vary due to the freight rate at the time of shipping. Please keep in mind these services apply to business days only. Weekend days are not factored into the delivery schedule.
